This role covers Slough, Brent & Berkshire. Responsibilities: Carrying out a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating to occupied social housing properties, including plaster boarding, bond set, rendering, finishing, and patch plastering. Confidently undertaking painting and decorating tasks and, ideally, performing other complementary trades to support plastering, painting, and decorating work. Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled.
