Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterers to join a reputable contractor carrying out repairs and maintenance work in occupied social housing properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in their work and delivers a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, and rendering

• Work within tenanted and void social housing properties

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastering, ideally within the social housing sector

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plastering (preferred)

• Full UK Driving Licence (if a van is provided)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
