Company Overview:

Daniel Owen are recruiting for a social housing contractor based in South East London. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Plasterer within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out general maintenance on occupied properties
• Completing void work (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)
• Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering
• Providing additional support with other trades when required

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience working in social housing or council properties
• Plastering NVQ
• A full UK driving license (essential for travel to sites)
• Previous experience in multi-trade roles would be an advantage
