Multiple Plasterer''s needed in the Liverpool area! (Social Housing)

Location: Liverpool, UK (Multiple Areas)
Contract Type: Temp-to-perm (12 weeks), with Van & Fuel card
Hourly Rate: -19.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Start Date: Immediately

Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

They are now recruiting for a Plasterer to join their responsive maintenance works team across Liverpool.

Your Duties will include:

• Carry out Plastering- trade maintenance
• Complete all aspects of Plastering work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties in the Liverpool area
• Working on ceilings as well as walls

Requirements:

• NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Plastering (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
• Have substantial experience in plastering, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• CSCS card desirable
• Obtain good customer care skills
