At Moxie People, we''re proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking, community-focused Housing Association in Merthyr to find a skilled Plasterer ready to make a real impact.

You''ll be delivering quality work that helps residents feel truly at home - and playing a key role in maintaining and improving the condition of housing stock across the Merthyr area. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential for extensions.

The Role

You''ll join a busy and supportive repairs and maintenance team, carrying out a wide range of internal and external plastering work in tenants'' homes and communal areas. This could include:

• Patching and skimming
• Full room re-plastering
• Rendering and making good
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring work is completed to a high finish

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a plasterer in domestic or housing settings
• A relevant trade qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering) or equivalent experience
• High attention to detail and excellent finishing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safe working practices and tenant satisfaction
• Full UK driving licence
