Plasterer

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are currently recruiting experienced Plasterers to work on refurbishment and fit-out projects across student accommodation and NHS environments. Projects will include both occupied and live site settings, requiring a professional approach and high-quality finish at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of plastering works to a high standard, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, and patch repairs
• Preparation of surfaces for plastering works
• Dry lining and partitioning where required
• Repair and refurbishment works in occupied buildings
• Reading and interpreting site drawings and instructions
• Ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish on all work completed
• Maintaining site health & safety standards at all times
• Working professionally in live environments with minimal disruption

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plasterer on construction or refurbishment projects
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and finishes
• Ability to work in occupied/live environments
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliability and strong timekeeping
