PLANT TECHNICIAN GPS and HFR M6 LOOP SITE FULLTIME BBV A chance to work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK, spanning over the next 5 7 years (HS2). Reliable Contractors are recruiting for an experienced Plant Technician with expertise in Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Human Form Recognition (HFR) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical plant equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Assignment Details Employment Type: Full-time Payment Basis: PAYE Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including bank holidays) Start Date: As soon as possible following successful vetting checks, medical and on site induction Assignment Duration: Ongoing / until further notice Must Have Level 3 NVQ in Plant Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Automation or a related qualification. 3 5 years'' experience working as a Plant Technician. Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with GPS technology and Human Form Recognition (HFR) systems. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime or on-call shifts.
