Plant Technician (Mobile)Southern England 47,840 Basic OTE 60,000Overtime paid at time and a half.Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30, with occasional Saturdays.The OpportunityWe''re looking for an experienced Plant Technician to join a growing team in a mobile role, maintaining and repairing plant machinery across customer sites.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its people through ongoing manufacturer training, career development and progression.The RoleCarry out servicing, inspections and repairs to plant machinery.Complete PDI work and attachment installations.Diagnose faults and undertake preventative maintenance.Maintain accurate service records and warranty documentation.Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service.Ensure quality, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained at all times.Support and mentor trainees where required.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or IMI qualification in Plant Machinery Maintenance and Repair.Experience maintaining and repairing plant machinery.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.A full UK driving licence.A flexible and customer-focused approach.What''s on Offer 47,840 basic salary with OTE of 60,000.Overtime paid at 1.5x.Birthday day off.Manufacturer training and ongoing development.Clear career progression.Company pension.Enhanced family-friendly policies.Employee Assistance Programme ..... full job details .....
