The business also operates a modern bagging facility, supplying merchants and contractors with ready-to-use concrete, mortar and fence post mixes.Job DescriptionA key position within the factory responsible for raw material planning, manufacturing operations and distribution of finished products. As well as operating a state-of-the-art dry mortar factory, you will be responsible for the daily planning of all raw material deliveries and the daily scheduling of the delivery fleet.With daily direct contact with customers, you will deliver a market-leading service for both product delivery and equipment servicing.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be trained to operate both a state-of-the-art sand drying system and a state-of-the-art mortar mixing plant, developing into a skilled Plant Operator and Team Leader.Responsibilities include:Production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.Ordering and managing raw materials.Producing finished product to meet a demanding and busy order book.Operating and monitoring plant equipment safely and efficiently.Leading and supporting the production team.Supervising delivery and service teams.Coordinating daily fleet and transport schedules.Maintaining high ..... full job details .....
