Plant Supervisor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for a Plant Supervisor at their site in Spaldington, the successful candidate will join a well-established and growing business operating within the renewable energy and processing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, drive operational performance and ensure the safe and efficient running of a busy processing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, leading operational teams, ensuring production targets are achieved and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance. Plant Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the processing plant. Manage and motivate operational teams to ensure safe and efficient site performance. Coordinate staffing and resources to maximise production and operational efficiency. Conduct team meetings, 1-to-1s and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and company procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Monitor plant performance and work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to minimise downtime. Coordinate contractors and visitors, ensuring safe systems of work are followed.
