Senior Plant Quality ManagerWe''re looking for an exceptional Senior Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function across our Folkestone manufacturing sites, providing strategic leadership across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Operations, Batch Certification and Quality Systems.Reporting to the European Head of Quality, you''ll be the site''s senior Quality leader, accountable for quality performance, regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, RandD, Regulatory Affairs and European Business Quality, you''ll shape site quality strategy, influence business performance and embed a culture of quality excellence across the organisation.What you''ll be responsible forDefining and delivering the site''s Quality Strategy, ensuring alignment with European and Global Quality objectives.Providing end-to-end accountability for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Analytical, Microbiology and Packaging Inspection functions.Ensuring compliant and efficient batch certification and release of raw materials, bulk products and finished goods.Leading complex quality investigations, deviations, non-conformances, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA activities to deliver sustainable improvements.Driving a proactive, risk-based approach to quality management, identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance and reduce business risk.Developing and continuously improving Quality Systems, governance ..... full job details .....
