We''re looking for an experienced and passionate Quality Assurance Manager to lead quality activities at our manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and enjoys leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and working closely with customers and senior leadership. As a key member of the Plant Management Team, you''ll take ownership of our Quality Engineering function, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Commutable from :- Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Aston, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Solihull, Moseley, Harbourne, Halesowen, Cannock, Rugeley, Tamworth, Lichfield, Knowle and Stourbridge Duties Leading and developing the Quality Engineering team, creating a high-performing, engaged function. Working as part of the Plant Management Team to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are embedded throughout the business. Monitoring quality performance, customer scorecards and KPI trends, driving robust corrective actions where needed. Championing continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).
