Plant Operator

Talent STEM is supporting a specialist manufacturing business with the recruitment of Plant Operators to join its growing operations team.This is a hands-on, site-based role working within a regulated production environment where safety, quality and attention to detail are essential.The position would suit someone with experience in chemical manufacturing, process operations, pharmaceutical production, materials handling, or another technical manufacturing environment.The RoleAs Plant Operator, you will support day-to-day production activities on site, working as part of a small operations team to ensure materials are processed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Typical responsibilities will include:Supporting manufacturing and production activitiesOperating plant equipment and following site proceduresHandling and processing materials safelyCompleting production documentation accuratelyTaking samples and supporting quality checks where requiredWorking in line with health, safety and environmental standardsMaintaining good housekeeping across production areasSupporting continuous improvement and right-first-time workingWorking closely with team leaders, management and other departmentsAbout YouWe are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a hands-on production, plant, process or manufacturing environment.You will ideally have:Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, process, materials or technical manufacturingA good understanding of safe ..... full job details .....
