We are partnering with Tier 1 contractors and local groundwork specialists who require expert operators capable of handling heavy machinery with precision and a strict focus on site safety.If you are a Plant Operator who can move seamlessly between a 360 Excavator, Forward Tipping Dumper, Telehandler, or 180 (3CX), we have immediate starts and long-term runs of work available now.The Role Machinery Operation: Safe and efficient operation of heavy plant, including 360 excavators (above/below 10t), forward tipping dumpers, telehandlers, and 180 (3CX) backhoes. Site Preparation: Executing tasks such as bulk earthworks, deep drainage excavations, foundation digging, and material movement. Technical Precision: Working to levels and following instructions from site engineers to ensure excavations and lifts are pinpoint accurate. Machine Maintenance: Conducting daily "walk-around" checks and basic maintenance to ensure all plant is in safe, working order before use. Safety Leadership: Maintaining a 360-degree field of vision and strictly adhering to site-specific traffic management plans and lifting plans.
