What''s on offer: 32,00 - 34,000Private HealthcareCompany Pension Key responsibilities:Operate and monitor the AD plant via the SCADA system.Conduct daily process checks and tests (DM, Fos/Tac, gas quality).Operate the straw processing line and feedstock systems.Carry out visual inspections and first-line maintenance (e.g., pump changes).Drive plant machinery (Telehandler, 360 excavator).Maintain a clean, safe work environment.Provide out-of-hours support and participate in the call-out rota.Record lab samples, complete daily logs, and assist with shift handovers.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and QualificationsQualification in an engineering or related discipline preferred.Experience operating within a process or plant environment.Licensed and competent to operate Telehandler and 360 excavators.Strong understanding of plant operations, fault finding, and maintenance.Good communication and reporting skills.Proactive, safety-focused, and team-oriented approach.
