The Role Operating excavator plant (360°/tracked) to carry out groundworks, trenching, drainage and deep excavation work across an operational airside environment. Working safely and efficiently within a live, highly regulated airport site, following all airside rules and permit-to-work procedures. Coordinating with the wider site team, banksman and site management to maintain programme and safety standards. What We’re Looking For Proven excavator operating experience on civils/groundworks projects. Valid CPCS or NPORS card (Excavator 360° or relevant category). Valid CSCS card. Full right to work in the UK. Able to provide a full, continuous 5-year checkable reference/employment history with no unexplained gaps, in order to pass Heathrow’s airside security vetting and obtain an airside pass. Willing to undergo the Heathrow airside ID vetting, induction and driving assessment process.
