Plant Operative

Plant Operative Your Challenge Operate batching, mixing and processing equipment to manufacture chemical products. Conduct routine quality tests and accurately maintain production records. Receive, inspect and safely store raw materials. Monitor stock levels of finished products and raw materials. Create and manage production schedules in line with product forecasts and requirements. Implement and maintain Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures. Ensure all production activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards. Your Profile Understanding of batching processes and machinery operations. Ability to follow product specifications and test procedures while maintaining high levels of product consistency. Strong commitment to safe working practices and hazard awareness. Awareness of environmental impacts and relevant compliance requirements. Self-motivated, organised and results-driven, with the ability to make decisions and work independently. Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
