Plant Operative - FalkirkTemporary Role Monday to Thursday 06:00-18:00 Nightshift required every 3 weeks 15.50 per hour (all hours) Overtime opportunities available Manpower has an exciting opportunity for Plant Operatives to join our client in Falkirk with an immediate start. This is a temporary role offering long shifts, strong earning potential, and the chance to work within a busy, well?established manufacturing environment.About the RoleAs a Plant Operative, you will support daily production activities across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient and well?organised working environment. Working closely with Plant Supervisors, you will help control site operations, machinery and materials to maintain smooth output and high production standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating plant and production equipment safelySupporting manufacturing processes including batching, mixing, loading and material movementMonitoring machinery performance and reporting faults or irregularitiesCompleting basic quality checks and recording production dataMaintaining high housekeeping standards across work areasFollowing all site safety procedures, PPE requirements and compliance rulesAssisting with stock control, waste management and general plant dutiesWorking as part of a small team to meet daily production targetsAdapting to nightshift every 3 weeks as part of the rotationWhat We''re Looking ForExperience working in a small or medium?scale manufacturing or production environmentStrong ..... full job details .....
