About the Role
Manpower UK is seeking a Plant Operative to join their client in Falkirk on a temporary basis, offering up to £15.50 per hour. This role involves a rotating shift pattern of Tuesday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, with every third week switching to nightshift from Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am. The Plant Operative will collaborate with Plant Supervisors to manage site operations and assets efficiently, ensuring a safe and productive workplace. Key responsibilities include controlling daily activities to optimise output. Applicants should possess experience in a small or medium manufacturing setting and be comfortable working within a team.

As a Plant Operative you will work in conjunction with the Plant Supervisors, effectively controlling all operations of the site and its assets in the most efficient way possible to best contribute to the output of the site.

- Experience of working as part of a team
