This role is working on site within their manufacturing areas. Duties: Operate rotary kilns, coolers, screens, blenders and associated finishing plant equipment in accordance with approved operating procedures and safe systems of work. Prepare and feed raw materials into the production process to meet production schedules and product specifications. Monitor plant performance, process conditions and equipment operation, taking appropriate action or reporting abnormalities to the Production Supervisor. Operate blending equipment in accordance with approved batch cards, ensuring product quality and batch integrity are maintained throughout the process. Complete routine inspections of plant and equipment, identifying defects, wear or abnormal operating conditions. Accurately record production data, process parameters, meter readings and batch information.
