This role is working on site within their manufacturing areas. Duties: * Operate rotary kilns, coolers, screens, blenders and associated finishing plant equipment in accordance with approved operating procedures and safe systems of work. * Prepare and feed raw materials into the production process to meet production schedules and product specifications. * Monitor plant performance, process conditions and equipment operation, taking appropriate action or reporting abnormalities to the Production Supervisor. * Operate blending equipment in accordance with approved batch cards, ensuring product quality and batch integrity are maintained throughout the process. * Complete routine inspections of plant and equipment, identifying defects, wear or abnormal operating conditions. * Accurately record production data, process parameters, meter readings and batch information. * Prepare products for packaging, ensuring all labels, batch information and customer requirements are correct. * Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and ens...
