Plant Nursery Worker

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Nursery Operative to join our busy nursery team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving plant handling, warehouse duties, and general nursery maintenance.Key Responsibilities Pulling rolls and pallets out of wet beds and palletising them for shipmentPlanting coir pallets and rolls on benches inside the warehouseGeneral nursery maintenance including weeding and moving plants from polytunnels to outdoor standing areasLoading and unloading containers, deliveries, and collectionsAssisting with plant propagation tasks (full training provided)Carrying out any other duties required to support the nursery s operations What We re Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work in a physically demanding roleReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAble to work well as part of a teamPrevious nursery, horticultural, agricultural, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential What We Offer Full training providedFriendly and supportive working environmentStable weekday working hoursOpportunity to develop horticultural and warehouse skills If you enjoy practical work and being part of a hardworking team, we would love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
