Key Duties * Direct and marshal plant machinery, delivery vehicles, and site traffic to ensure safe movement around the construction site. * Perform Slinger/Signaller duties by attaching, securing, and guiding loads during crane lifting operations. * Communicate effectively with crane operators using recognised hand signals and radio communication. * Conduct pre-lift checks, ensuring lifting accessories were suitable, inspected, and used correctly. * Establish and maintain exclusion zones around lifting and plant operating areas. * Monitor pedestrian routes and control access to hazardous work areas. * Assist with planning and coordinating lifting operations in accordance with lift plans and risk assessments. * Ensure compliance with site health and safety procedures and company policies. * Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe working practices to site management. * Work collaboratively with supervisors, crane op...
