This is a key leadership position, responsible for driving operational excellence and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the site.     The successful candidate will be a proven manufacturing leader with experience managing plant operations within a chemical, process, or manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in delivering business objectives through effective people management, operational efficiency, and change management programmes.
