Electrical Engineering Manager / Plant Manager Deeside / Chester £60 63k + Overtime + Bonus + 10% Pension £70 75k Total Package Annual bonus approx. 5-7% 10% Employer Pension Private Medical Major Manufacturing Site Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager / Plant Manager to join a globally recognised manufacturing company at its large industrial site in the Deeside / Chester area. The successful Electrical Engineering Manager will take responsibility for electrical engineering across the plant, leading teams of Automation Technicians, Electrical Maintenance Engineers and HV Engineers. This is an opportunity for an experienced engineering leader with a strong electrical background to take ownership of plant reliability, maintenance performance, continuous improvement and electrical engineering standards within a major manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities of the Electrical Engineering Manager / Plant Manager include: Leading and developing the site s electrical engineering teams, including shift-based Automation Technicians, Electrical Maintenance Engineers and HV Engineering personnel. Managing electrical maintenance activities to maximise plant reliability, equipment availability and operational performance. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant efficiency, reliability, product quality and cost effectiveness.
