The Opportunity You will be responsible for the safe operation of the grinding plant, cement storage facilities, packing plant and dispatch operations. You''ll work collaboratively across production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, logistics and commercial teams to ensure customer demand is met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational performance. Leading a team of supervisors and operational personnel, you''ll play a key role in delivering business objectives, developing people and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all company and safety standards. Lead and develop a high-performing operational team, providing coaching, support and succession planning. Manage daily grinding, packing and dispatch activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
