We operate green waste composting sites across England with sites in Surrey, Northamptonshire, West London, Essex, Kent and Suffolk as well as our flagship site in Cambridgeshire where we also process food waste. In addition to composting Envar also recycle coffee grounds.About the role:The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance function across the site, ensuring all plant, machinery and fixed assets are adequately maintained, safe to use and available when required. A step change in business direction is to focus on preventative maintenance which is driving the need for the role. The Plant Manager will work closely with site managers and operational leaders to ensure engineering activities support business objectives, production targets and compliance requirements.The role will be a combination of both office and on the tools to which we expect to be a 35% / 65% split.
