The Plant Manager will initially support the commissioning, start-up and operational handover of the facility before taking responsibility for its safe, compliant and efficient operation. This will include managing plant performance, maintenance, health and safety, environmental compliance and team development. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape a new site from the outset, establishing operating procedures and building a team as the facility moves into full operation.
