• Full plant yard leadership - overseeing daily operations, workflow, repairs, servicing, and staff coordination.

• Team management - leading fitters, drivers, yard staff and external contractors with clear direction and high standards.

• Maintenance planning - scheduling servicing, inspections, and repairs to maximise uptime and minimise costly surprises.

• Operational control - ensuring plant is safe, compliant, available, and ready for deployment when needed.

• Quality assurance - making sure machines leave the yard in top condition, not "just good enough".

• Problem-solving & escalation - handling breakdowns, shortages, delays, and unexpected issues with calm, confident decision-making.

• Reporting & accountability - delivering clear updates on plant status, staffing, repairs, and operational performance.

• Strong management experience - you''ve led teams before, set standards, and held people accountable.

• Deep plant knowledge - you understand machinery, servicing cycles, common failures, and what "good" looks like.
