The Role As a Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of plant machinery and production equipment used in the manufacture of concrete products. You will play a key role in minimising downtime and supporting continuous production operations. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production plant and machinery Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults on concrete production equipment Responding to breakdowns and carrying out timely repairs Maintaining conveyors, mixers, batching plants, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Inspecting equipment and identifying potential issues before they become critical Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports Assisting with plant improvements and installation projects...
