Location: Dublin, Ireland
Rate: Up to €29 per hour
Type: Permanent, Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week

Syntech Recruitment are partnering with a leading crane hire specialist to find an experienced Plant Fitter to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Plant Fitter Duties

• Service, maintain, and repair mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and construction plant

• Carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fault diagnosis and repair

• Complete routine inspections, scheduled servicing, and breakdown response

• Work across depot and customer sites, coordinating with clients and colleagues

• Complete accurate service records and job documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area

• Work safely and in line with all health and safety procedures

Plant Fitter Requirements

• Proven experience as a construction plant fitter is essential

• Time-served plant fitter, heavy vehicle, or mechanical qualification

• Experience maintaining mobile cranes, heavy plant, or construction equipment

• Strong hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Able to work independently and manage your own workload on site

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites

• Crane or lifting equipment experience is an advantage
