Plant FitterLuton£20ph to £22ph + Overtime + BenefitsNEOS Engineering Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Engineer / Heavy Plant Engineer to join a well-established and leading organisation within the construction and heavy plant industry, based in Luton.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Engineer to join a business operating an extensive fleet of specialist construction equipment, including Cranes, Piling Rigs and Heavy Plant Machinery.Previous experience working on Cranes or Piling Rigs is NOT essential. Engineers with a background in Heavy Plant, Construction Equipment, Agricultural Machinery or similar industries are strongly encouraged to apply, as the skills are highly transferable.The Role: Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on Cranes, Piling Rigs and Heavy Plant Machinery. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults. Conducting preventative maintenance and routine inspections. Working on a range of specialist construction equipment within a workshop environment. Identifying faults and ensuring machinery is maintained to a high standard. Working alongside an experienced engineering team. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Workshop Engineer, Heavy Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter, Construction Plant Engineer or similar.
