Permanent Plant Fitter (Nights) | -81k+ per annum!-

Alpha Labour & Recruitment are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join a leading manufacturer in the asphalt and highway maintenance sector.

This is a permanent, factory-based role with incredible earning potential!

• 32.50 per hour (81,000 p/a before overtime)
• -4 Night Shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
• -Factory Based Role
• -Permanent Position

The Role:

• -Maintenance, servicing, and repair of factory machinery & production equipment.
• -Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• -Planned preventative maintenance & breakdown repairs.

Requirements:

• -Experience as a Plant Fitter, Maintenance Fitter, or Heavy Equipment Engineer.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
