This role is ideal for candidates with a background in fabrication, welding, plant, or engineering who possess strong organisational and IT skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring tools and equipment are accurately inspected, tracked, and recorded, supporting operational efficiency and enabling costs to be correctly allocated where necessary.The RoleWorking closely with the fabrication and operations teams, you will be responsible for inspecting tools and equipment entering and leaving the fabrication department, recording condition reports, and maintaining accurate asset records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of practical engineering activities and administration.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect tools and equipment entering and leaving the fabrication departmentRecord condition, wear, damage, and missing itemsMaintain accurate inspection and asset recordsUse Excel, Word, and internal systems to track equipment movements and statusEnsure documentation is completed accurately and in a timely mannerSupport the recovery and recharge of costs back to site operations where appropriateLiaise with fabrication, workshop, and operational teams regarding equipment condition and availabilityPromote high standards of housekeeping, ..... full job details .....
