The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant repair and maintenance, as well as the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical problems. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team and have the ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and accurately.
