Are you looking to join an ambitious professional company?Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client who are a specialist construction company delivering high-quality, innovative fit-out and refurbishment solutions across the Healthcare, Sterilisation and Medical sectors.This is a full time position with Split Shifts Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 12pm to 8pm with every other Saturday.In return our client is offering a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Training and development tailored to your progression and opportunity to grow with a company.Key Responsibilities: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual maintenance tasks.Reactive MaintenanceLiaise with key subcontractors for both planned and reactive maintenance to maintain compliance and service levels.Ensure all maintenance work adheres to policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and compliance documentation. The ideal candidate: Previous experience in equipment maintenance within a healthcare or similar environment.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.Ability to diagnose faults ..... full job details .....
