Responsibilities: The driver will service the deliveries from Station House to GEL sites. Deliver plant from GEL Plant to site and site to GEL Plant. Deliver all plant and asset items from workshop. Determine the most efficient route for deliveries based on traffic patterns, time constraints, and other factors. Maintain contact with Station House to ensure that all deliveries arrive within specified timeline. Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including checking fluids and tyre pressure, and complete daily checks. Load and unload cargo, as well as operate forklifts and other equipment used for heavy lifting. Follow safety regulations related to cargo loading and unloading operations. Ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate, such as delivery notes. Follow a company policy regarding drug and alcohol use while driving Communicate with sites about delivery status.
