Interim Plant Controller - FinanceLocation: Bidford-on-AvonWorking Pattern: 4 days on-site / 1 day WFHContract: Interim (3-6months)We are supporting a manufacturing business in the search for an experienced Plant Controller to join on an interim ongoing basis. This is a key site-based finance role, partnering closely with operations to drive performance and control.Key Responsibilities:Lead site financial reporting, including month-end close and variance analysisPartner with plant leadership to support operational and cost performanceMonitor and report on production costs, labour, and efficienciesPrepare budgets, forecasts, and provide financial insight to support decision makingMaintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with group policiesDrive cost control initiatives and continuous improvement across the siteKey Requirements:Proven experience in a Plant/Operations/Manufacturing Finance roleStrong business partnering skills with non-finance stakeholdersExperience with standard costing, variance analysis, and KPIsConfident managing month-end and reporting processesAvailable to start at short notice / immediately preferredRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
