Based at our Wigan workshop, you will work within a skilled team responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of equipment, including cranes, lifting systems, HGV's, and associated plant . This is a practical, hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work on specialist equipment that supports projects across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilites as a Plant & Fleet Fitter: Service, maintain and repair specialist equipment including mobile cranes, heavy forklifts, hydraulic gantry systems and lifting gear. Carry out maintenace on HGV's, trailers, generators, lighting towers, and small plant Diagonse faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Support breakdown response across the UK when required Ensure all work is completed in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
