This is a varied role where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.You''ll take ownership of the customer journey from booking work through to completion, keeping customers informed every step of the way while working closely with the workshop and parts department to deliver an outstanding service.If you''re organised, customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we''d love to hear from you.What You''ll Be DoingWelcoming customers and providing an exceptional level of service.Booking plant machinery in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.Managing workshop schedules to maximise efficiency.Keeping customers updated on the progress of repairs and expected completion times.Preparing accurate job cards, quotations, invoices and estimates.Explaining completed work and discussing any additional repair recommendations.Identifying opportunities to promote aftersales services where appropriate.Processing warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines.Recording all work accurately, including retail, warranty and ..... full job details .....
