Planning Surveyor

We are looking for a Planning Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Planning Surveyor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the Planning Surveyor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Planning Surveyor, will be responsible for:

• Conduct site surveys and planning appraisals to assess project feasibility.
• Prepare and manage planning applications from inception to approval and appeal.
• Provide expert planning advice to stakeholders across multiple programmes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage delivery activity directly and through third-party suppliers.

To be successful for this Planning Surveyor role you must have:

• Proven experience in planning within the Telecoms sector.
• Strong working knowledge of the General Permitted Development Order (GPDO) and its application in telecoms.
• Familiarity with the Electronic Communications Code and its influence on planning and legal outcomes.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple client programmes and manage competing priorities.
