Overview

We are looking for an experienced planning solicitor/barrister to act as the lead planning lawyer for the Client. This is to advise on all planning related matters, including complex legal agreements associated with major minerals and waste developments. The role will include advising on some highway matters and mentoring junior staff including the development of a graduate solicitor apprentice.Responsibilities

Advise on all planning related matters as the lead planning lawyer for the Client.Provide advice on complex legal agreements linked to major minerals and waste developments.Advise on highway matters as required.Mentor junior staff including developing a graduate solicitor apprentice.Qualifications
