Planning Associate Solicitor - Birmingham 4+ PQE Birmingham Regional Law Firm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join the planning team of a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Birmingham. The firm has an excellent reputation across the Midlands and acts for a diverse client base, including developers, landowners, businesses and public sector organisations. Due to continued growth, the team is now looking to recruit a Planning Associate at around the 4 years'' PQE level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a planning lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious regional practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied and interesting caseload. The Role You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of planning matters, working closely with clients and colleagues across the firm. Your work is likely to include: Planning applications, appeals and enforcement mattersSection 106 agreements and other planning obligationsDevelopment and regeneration projectsPlanning issues arising from residential and commercial developmentsAdvising developers, landowners and businesses on planning strategyPlanning due diligence and transactional supportEnvironmental and related regulatory matters You will have significant client contact and will be encouraged to develop strong relationships with existing clients, as well as becoming involved in networking and business development ..... full job details .....
