To apply or to register your interest, please contact Gemma Jones on and quote Job Ref: OVERVIEW:• The firm is looking for an ambitious and proactive Planning lawyer to take ownership of a diverse and challenging caseload, including Section 106 agreements, highways, and other statutory arrangements. • You will provide clear, commercially focused advice on planning, highways, and related law, carry out due diligence for property and corporate transactions, and manage high-profile contentious planning matters, from Planning Inquiries and hearings to Court challenges and Judicial Reviews.
