This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and lead the Planning, Shipping, and Purchasing functions. You''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, managing customer orders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.As the Planning, Shipping and Purchasing Manager, you''ll be responsible for driving efficiency across the logistics and purchasing processes while maintaining high standards of customer service.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Planning, Shipping, Purchasing, and Administrative teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.Oversee the post-sales order processing, including import/export logistics and ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate and up to date.Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Production, and Logistics) to ensure orders are produced and delivered on time.Follow up with customers on order status, manage delivery schedules, and ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.Monitor customer credit balances and facilitate payment collection during order deliveries.Support the purchasing process for goods and services, ensuring efficient procurement and cost control.Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and ..... full job details .....
