The candidate should have extensive experience of preparing infrastructure Delivery Plans (IDPs). The role will ensure compliance with national and local planning legislation and contribute to strategic planning objectives.Essential Requirements: Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in planning policy within a local authority or consultancy environment.Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policy frameworks, and Local Plan processes.Skills: Ability to analyse complex planning issues and provide clear, evidence-based advice.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
