Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in improving operational performance, implementing efficiencies and supporting preparations for Local Government ReformKey duties of the Performance Manager include:Leading performance management, monitoring and reporting across Planning and Building Control services.Analysing and interpreting performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.Driving service improvement initiatives and embed a culture of continuous improvement.Working closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic planning, business planning and budget management.Supporting digital transformation, systems improvement and process automation programmes.Overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives, complaints management and FOI/EIR responses.Managing procurement and contract management activities.Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and staff development initiatives.Providing leadership to operational support functions and contribute to ..... full job details .....
