This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional to support housing-led regeneration, land asset management and strategic planning initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of new housing developments, regeneration programmes and place-shaping projects across Northern Ireland.   Key Responsibilities  Undertake land asset activities, including evaluations, estate studies and planning applications.
