The role will oversee programme management across tender and live construction, with a focus on substation design and build, cable route installations up to 400kV . Experience up to 132kV will also be considered. This is a senior role combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery input. You’ll manage a team of 5 direct reports and help shape a high-performing planning function, so strong civil or electrical project experience is essential. What you'll be doing Lead the planning function across power projects, setting clear standards, governance, and working practices for tender and construction programmes. Develop and maintain project programmes that are logic-linked, credible, and aligned with delivery milestones and reporting requirements.
