Planning Manager / Lead - Energy Performance Contracts (EPC)Location: LeedsSalary: 80,000 - 100,000The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Planning Manager / Lead to join a growing Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) team, delivering decarbonisation, energy and infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional to play a key role in programme development, project controls and delivery assurance. Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial, Design, Procurement and Operational teams, you will develop and manage robust project programmes that drive successful outcomes while supporting the transition to a more sustainable future.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain fully logic-linked project programmes from inception through to project completion.Manage integrated master programmes across multiple concurrent projects.Produce and maintain cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules.Monitor project progress and performance against programme milestones.Identify critical path risks and implement recovery plans where required.Support NEC3 and NEC4 contract administration, including compensation event assessments and programme impacts.Lead programme reviews and provide planning expertise to project teams and stakeholders.Deliver accurate programme reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.Challenge project teams and subcontractors to improve programme certainty and delivery performance.Forecast resource ..... full job details .....
